Our private-label Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted by our very own sommelier, is finally ready to enjoy!

You’ll notice the prominent ramping bull on the label, the ancient battle crest of the Piccinini family, dating back to the early 1400s. As the proud owners of La Stella Cucina Verace, the Piccinini family is honored to share this piece of their heritage and invite you to be part of their future history.

The grapes are sourced from four Sonoma vineyards: two in Dry Creek, one in Knights Valley, and one in Alexander Valley, with two of the sites farmed biodynamically. The wine is rich yet elegant, with intense sour cherry, supple tannins, and a beautifully balanced mid-palate. A perfect pairing for red meat dishes!
