Founder, Giuseppe Piccinini

Originally from Italy, Giuseppe Piccinini grew up in North Texas with a deep appreciation for opportunity, innovation, and hard work. After beginning his career as an engineer, he pivoted into entrepreneurship and, at just 29, launched what would become one of the most successful real estate brokerages in the country—JPAR Real Estate. Under his leadership, JPAR grew to over 3,500 agents across 23 states and achieved more than $5 billion in annual sales.

Recognized as a dynamic and visionary leader, Giuseppe has earned numerous accolades, including “Best CEO in DFW” by The Dallas Morning News and multiple “Best Place to Work” awards. JPAR was also named to the INC 5000 list for five consecutive years before a successful exit.

Today, Giuseppe leads Vesuvius Holdings, a diversified portfolio of ventures spanning commercial real estate development, residential homebuilding (Grande Vita Homes (https://www.grandevitahomes.com/)), hospitality (La Stella Cucina Verace (https://www.lastellatx.com/)), SaaS technology (WorkDrive (https://www.workdrive.com/)), and even luxury yacht charter management. His passion for building businesses is matched only by his commitment to giving back—recognized through various leadership, immigrant, and philanthropic awards, including his work with the Better Future Foundation.

Despite a career marked by impressive achievements, Giuseppe considers his greatest success to be his family. He lives in Frisco, Texas, with his wife Alexandra and their five children.
